I Am Not Getting a Lot Accomplished

Marilyn Going Through Paper For Scrapbook
Last week I held a small craft group in my kitchen. Mom had asked if we could get together to scrapbook. Three of us scrapped, one crocheted, one crosstitched and Jo enjoyed the fellowship.

I moved my rocker into the kitchen for Jo whose health has been poor over the last year. She is a scrapbooker and makes great dishcloths, but mostly enjoyed being there. She even had a little nap after lunch.

I didn't get much done because I spent most of my time helping Mom.

Marilyn brought two soups and I had a soup, fruit, crackers and cheese and desserts. We had so much food that each woman took home a goodie bag.

There was talk of making this a once a month gathering. We'll see.

What fun that your mom and friends are still interested in scrapebooking and other hand crafts. I know the day of fellowship meant the world to them and to you and your friends as well....

Great idea....
