Take a Breath

I was driving out of the yard on my way to a meeting and a bit of color caught my eye.

I'd spent the morning putting a few flowers in the ground around the house, fighting black flies and fending off giant bumble bees. I like the finished product but wildflowers in front of an old log caused me to draw aside.

I backed up and took a few pictures.
Blogging is a struggle these days.
Every time I sit down at my laptop and begin to post, someone interrupts me. Even now my husband is coming through the door and the phone is ringing so have to cut this short.

Thankful for a brief breath of beauty.
