WJ#5

Last Friday I got brave after reading so many of your posts. I threw my journal in the dishwater, squeezed it out a bit, hung in on the line with my sheets, and used it for a knee pad to plant flowers( Thanks to a sister WJ wrecker). The journal is still damp a week later along with everything else here in Maine this spring. I guess it's officially summer now. I'm on vacation. Today is my birthday so I stole some time to find a wireless site and post. I'll have to check out all the other blogs next week. Have fun!

  2. Happy Birthday!

I bet your neighbors got a kick out of seeing you hanging a book out to dry.

(If you get impatient, the dryer with a few towels works pretty good.)

  3. Happy birthday and many happy returns too!
Brave wrecking woman! The clothline! I really like them.
It's amazing how slow the journal gets dry. I needed days and days, putting it on the heating and in the sun.
But it's all for the fun ;)
    So wreck on!

  11. The dishwasher?!!! That was inventive! Happy birthday too! You have found ways outside the box to add to the wrecking experience. I'll have to try to do the same - so many of us are used to flaunting the rules and thumbing our noses at authority but you really go the extra mile. Good for you - you are an inspiration!
